AD HOC MANDATE AND CONCILIATION
We are convinced that anticipation and negotiation are the best tools for rescuing companies, and therefore we have chosen, right from the start, to act as often as possible within the framework of confidential procedures used to prevent companies' difficulties, namely the ad hoc mandate and the conciliation.
The confidentiality of those interventions is of utmost importance to us.
No nominative reference will therefore be mentioned.
We favor the quality of our interventions over the volume of activity or the number of cases handled, and as such we limit our action to a relatively small number of cases per year, so as to bring to each case all the time and involvement necessary to resolve the problems submitted to us.
In 2019, the cases under ad hoc mandate and conciliation involved around sixty companies, employing a total of more than 80,000 employees. The financial debt renegotiated in this context exceeded 6 billion euros.
JUDICIAL MISSIONS
The firm has developed a recognized know-how for the management of the most complex collective procedures. Current insolvency proceedings concern companies employing more than 20,000 employees.
