Judicial Administrators are liberal professionals who are appointed by Court and whose mission is to assist struggling companies to ensure their sustainability.

We are expert in crisis management and act alongside managers and their usual advisors to devise, negotiate and implement adapted solutions to every company that we support.

A large share of our interventions is carried out in the framework of voluntary, confidential and totally amicable procedures, that are the ad hoc mandate and the conciliation. Through our action as an ad hoc agent, we are at the same time the driving force and the referee of those negotiations and we aim to succeed in transcending competing interests to fulfil a collective interest that is superior to them: the interest of the company.

Our firm, which has developed strong recognized expertise in assisting listed companies, companies subject to LBOs, national and transnational groups, also provides day-to-day support to Small and Medium Enterprises in all sectors and throughout the whole national territory.

We are based in Paris but can intervene everywhere in France.

Our firm is also a member of the ICP international network, which brings together the best law firms in 37 countries, in order to offer companies that we support all the skills that may be required in the world’s main economic centres.
